The Zirconia Collective was launched to accomplish all of those things. Through our Shade Lab, you go through three rounds of R&D (on us) to ensure that your blends match your lab. Run your blends through your mills, your ovens, your stain and glaze team, your finishing and QC department to perfectly craft your lab's shades. Through our Brand Lab you stamp your ticket to full-on ownership of your workflows.

Round 1: A1 - Your own custom shade. Slide through pinks, yellows, whites, and grays to ensure that you have your A1 that matches your workflow.

Round 2: Critique, add photos, add tags as reminders - even have our team chime in on what is working and what is not.

Round 3: Get ready to launch. This is where your A1s become your lab's A1s, same with your A2s, A3s, and so on.
