The Synopsis

How can we, as a lab, utilize our LMS to improve our turnaround times? We won't give away too much detail here, but let's just say we're up to something (thanks, Pat McAfee).

Why 24 Hours?

Ideally, we finish them in 8 hours, but 24 will do. Some of the largest labs in the world, especially in the United States, are running marketing campaigns based on this 24-hour turnaround premise, so we figured, why not us?

Execution

Dispatching Seth and the team is the first step; dispatching myself is the next. I am hopeful to handle the heavy lifting on the front end so that our LMS can manage the backend work for us. We aim to increase efficiency, reduce discrepancies, and transform our production team into a well-oiled machine. While we are already performing well, like most labs worldwide, our goal is to extract an additional X% of productivity from each employee.
